"Leo attended appointment at London Kube studio but was so anxious the shoot did not go ahead, however, I would like to express that the staff we encountered were excellent. On arrival we were greeted by the make-up artist who made us feel welcome and after explaining the scenario with Leo he tried to put him at ease and explained everything to us.  We also noticed how well he spoke to other clients at the studio, both politely and informative but in a friendly way, if that makes sense!

He left Leo to have a little think about things, decision up and down, but when approached by photographer, he wouldn't look at her or speak and was just crying .  She was very kind, complementary and sympathetic towards him.  She came to the decision that Leo was supposed to enjoy the shoot and would happily cancel the appointment as she said she could see how anxious he was. She also re-assured him that it was okay not to do it, which was nice as that was one of his worries too!

Also may I say that you, yourself have also been very helpful, understanding and easy to approach.  It makes a nice change to come into contact with a friendly but professional company, I'm normally the first to complain if things aren't right!
